Elastic seeks a Customer Architect to serve as a Trusted Technical Advisor across key IT domains including Observability, Cybersecurity, and Enterprise Search. The role drives consumption of Elastic solutions by aligning them with customer business objectives, onboarding customers, and securing adoption and expansion. The ultimate goal is to grow annual recurring revenue (ARR) by ensuring customers derive significant value.

Responsibilities

▹Act as Trusted Technical Advisor working with customers and Field/Services teams
▹Define and communicate technical success criteria via tailored Technical Success Plans
▹Drive consumption of Elastic solutions aligned with customer business objectives
▹Onboard customers, secure adoption, and facilitate expansion
▹Collaborate closely with the account team
▹Eliminate technical frictions and grow annual recurring revenue (ARR)

Requirements

▹Understanding of technology and hands-on experience in key IT domains
▹Strong technical background, preferably with cloud-based software solutions
▹Experience in Observability, Cybersecurity, and/or Enterprise Search
▹Ability to craft detailed Technical Success Plans aligned with customer goals
▹Eagerness to learn and implement new technologies

▹Previous experience with Elastic solutions
