An AI Product Architect role at Unisys designing and building AI, automation, and innovation products at enterprise scale. The position owns the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch, leads full-stack product engineering, and translates emerging technology into production-ready software and commercial outcomes.
Responsibilities
- ▹Design and build AI, automation, and innovation products at enterprise scale
- ▹Design and deploy AI infrastructure and agentic workflows to support product delivery
- ▹Lead full-stack product engineering across frontend, backend, and infrastructure
- ▹Own the full product lifecycle from ideation through launch and scaling
- ▹Define product strategy, roadmaps, and technical architecture aligned to user needs
- ▹Build reusable playbooks, toolkits, and patterns that accelerate future delivery
- ▹Mentor teams on product thinking, design, and delivery practices
Requirements
- ▹Significant experience delivering complex UX / Human-Computer Interaction for frontier technologies
- ▹Full-stack engineering expertise: Laravel, React, Inertia.js, Tailwind CSS, Shadcn UI, PostgreSQL
- ▹Experience with AI and automation: agentic workflows, local-first AI, content pipelines
- ▹Infrastructure and deployment experience: Hetzner, Laravel Forge, cloud-hosted delivery
- ▹Product and UX expertise: user-centred design, product lifecycle management
- ▹Team management and mentorship experience
- ▹Product leadership experience
