A Salesforce Data Analyst role at Unisys supporting data-driven decision-making for the Field Organization team. The position delivers insights and scalable analytical solutions, building dashboards and forecasting models, leveraging Salesforce data platforms and modern AI-driven approaches.
Responsibilities
- ▹Design and build advanced data architectures and scalable dashboards
- ▹Analyze data, identify patterns, and develop forecasting and predictive models
- ▹Work on data ingestion into AI-driven solutions and define end-to-end ETL strategies
- ▹Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals
- ▹Leverage Salesforce data platforms to generate actionable insights
Requirements
- ▹Strong experience in data analytics, ideally with Salesforce data platforms (Data Cloud / Data 360)
- ▹Minimum 4-5 years of industry experience in data analytics or related field
- ▹Hands-on experience with visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- ▹Solid understanding of statistics and basic knowledge of Python
- ▹Experience with structured and unstructured data, including AI-driven approaches
- ▹Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud
Nice to have
- ▹Familiarity with predictive modeling, forecasting, and emerging AI (RAG, vector search)
- ▹Field Service Cloud experience
