A Senior Data Demand Manager role within Sanofi's Data and Insights Excellence team in Budapest. The role leads the strategic bridge between Medical & Safety Services, Pharmacovigilance, and Medical Affairs stakeholders and digital delivery teams, while managing a Scrum Master and owning the end-to-end demand strategy across safety-critical, regulated data environments.

Responsibilities

  • ▹Lead and develop a Scrum Master with coaching, performance management, and career development
  • ▹Own end-to-end demand strategy for M&S Services, SM&UX, Pharmacovigilance, and Medical Affairs
  • ▹Translate complex safety/medical requirements into actionable technical specifications
  • ▹Define prioritization frameworks and make strategic decisions on the demand portfolio
  • ▹Coordinate between Snowflake and Visualization teams for safety and medical affairs data products
  • ▹Lead governance forums, executive reporting, and stakeholder communications

Requirements

  • ▹8-10 years in demand management, business analysis, or project management with people management experience
  • ▹Strong background in Medical & Safety Services, Pharmacovigilance, Medical Affairs, or Safety Management
  • ▹Deep knowledge of data architecture, Business Intelligence, and AI with independent data translation ability
  • ▹Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop team members
  • ▹Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks
  • ▹Bachelor's in IT, Business, or Life Sciences (Master's strongly preferred)
