Responsibilities

  • ▹Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and backend services for trading operations
  • ▹Implement and optimize high-performance APIs, microservices, and data processing pipelines
  • ▹Collaborate with traders, product managers, and engineers to define requirements and deliver solutions
  • ▹Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the full stack with a focus on reliability and efficiency
  • ▹Ensure best practices in code quality, testing, deployment, and security
  • ▹Research and adopt new technologies and mentor junior engineers

Requirements

  • ▹Minimum 4 years of proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer
  • ▹Strong proficiency in modern web frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue)
  • ▹Proven experience with object-oriented languages such as Java 17+
  • ▹Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (Cassandra, Ignite)
  • ▹Strong understanding of SDLC, agile methodologies, and enterprise design patterns
  • ▹Excellent problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset

Nice to have

  • ▹Experience designing and maintaining RESTful and GraphQL APIs
  • ▹Prior experience in trading or financial services technology teams
  • ▹Knowledge of trading protocols and low-latency systems
  • ▹Familiarity with data analytics and visualization tools
  • ▹Experience with Spring Framework and Spring Boot web services
