- ▹Build polished product experiences for users using Resend
- ▹Turn complex technical concepts into simple, clear, and trustworthy user experiences
- ▹Own features end-to-end: product thinking, UX details, implementation, instrumentation, launch, and iteration
- ▹Collaborate closely with design, engineering, and customer success to understand user problems and ship high-quality solutions
- ▹Build debugging and observability experiences that help users understand what happened to their emails, webhooks, domains, and API requests
- ▹Work primarily with TypeScript, React, Next.js, and modern web technologies
- ▹Talk to users, understand customer pain, and turn those insights into better product decisions
- ▹Help raise the bar for craft, performance, accessibility, reliability, and product quality across Resend
Requirements
- ▹6+ years of experience building and shipping high-quality web products
- ▹Fluent in writing and speaking English
- ▹Strong experience with TypeScript, React, and modern frontend development
- ▹Comfortable working across the stack, including APIs, databases, server-side logic, and product infrastructure
- ▹Care deeply about UX, interaction details, and product polish
- ▹Ability to take an ambiguous customer problem and turn it into a clear, shippable solution
- ▹Strong product judgment

- ▹Have built products for developers, infrastructure teams, or technical users
- ▹Experience with email, deliverability, DNS, webhooks, logs, observability, or API platforms
