Calendly is hiring a Senior Data Analyst for its Product Analytics team to drive decision-making across web and mobile product experiences. You will conduct in-depth analyses, own experimentation end to end, develop event tracking plans, and deliver reports that measure feature effectiveness. Partnering closely with Mobile Product and Engineering, you will turn complex business questions into structured analyses and strategic recommendations. The base salary range is $151,253–$213,534 depending on geographic tier.

Responsibilities

  • ▹Partner with Mobile Product and Engineering to analyze app user behavior and measure mobile feature adoption across iOS and Android.
  • ▹Design and analyze A/B tests to validate hypotheses and optimize acquisition, activation, and retention.
  • ▹Own the definition of success for product initiatives, ensuring measurable user and business value.
  • ▹Ensure analytics outputs are accurate, timely, and aligned with business goals.
  • ▹Represent growth levers and business objectives in cross-functional planning and strategy.
  • ▹Apply statistical methods to product usage (funnel analysis, cohort retention, lifecycle segmentation, LTV modeling, churn prediction).
  • ▹Build and maintain dashboards that surface key growth trends and enable self-serve insights.
  • ▹Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive event tracking plans.

Requirements

  • ▹Expertise in A/B testing statistics and end-to-end experimentation design.
  • ▹Proficiency in Python for advanced analytics and automation scripts.
  • ▹Advanced proficiency in SQL, relational databases, and analysis/visualization tools like Hex.
  • ▹Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving, translating insights into actionable growth strategies.
  • ▹Excellent communication and stakeholder management, conveying technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • ▹Ability to translate detailed data into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • ▹Inquisitive mindset for uncovering insights and driving continuous improvement.
  • ▹Authorized to work lawfully in the United States; Calendly does not offer immigration sponsorship.
