A full-time or part-time (student, 30 hrs/week) Support Associate role on Wolt's North region Support team in Budapest, part of the Shared Service Center, assisting customers, courier partners, and venues across multiple countries via live chat and phone. No previous experience required - training provided.
Responsibilities
- ▹Assist customers, courier partners, and venues across multiple countries via live chat and phone
- ▹Help ensure smooth and efficient delivery operations
- ▹Work closely with the support team and other Wolt teams to continuously improve the service
Requirements
- ▹Professional working proficiency in French and English, both writing and speaking
- ▹Clear, warm communication with a customer-first mindset
- ▹Quick learner, able to multitask and enjoy a fast-paced environment
- ▹Availability and the right to work in Hungary
- ▹Able to work a minimum 30 hours per week across different shift types (morning, evening, weekend) as the operation runs 24/7
Nice to have
