Inside Sales Associate role at Wolt driving sales growth by engaging potential customers through phone, email, and online communications, focusing on lead generation, relationship building, and converting inbound prospects (restaurants and retail) into closed deals.
Responsibilities
- ▹Acquire new partners (restaurants and retail) who want to voluntarily join Wolt (inbound deals)
- ▹Qualify leads to assess their potential as customers
- ▹Convert leads into prospective deals and into closed, won deals
- ▹Conduct back-to-back meetings with partners, mainly via telephone
- ▹Negotiate prices and terms to prepare sales agreements
- ▹Support the Merchant Sales team with ad-hoc tasks
- ▹Participate in company meetings with sales leadership and other representatives
- ▹Manage ongoing communication with prospects about updates, promotions, and opportunities
- ▹Track sales activities in the company CRM system
- ▹Use Excel for routine calculations and data management, and operational tools for merchant tasks
Requirements
- ▹Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a sales support, administrative, or customer service role
- ▹Fluent in Hungarian and English
- ▹Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- ▹Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- ▹High level of motivation, drive, and resilience
- ▹Customer-focused way of thinking
