Collections Manager

National Service Bureau (NSB) is seeking an experienced Call Center / Collections Manager. NSB focuses on Accounts Receivable Management and Subrogation and has grown over 34 years into a leading national agency. The ideal leader is self-motivated, accountable and engaged in personal growth, experienced in leading teams, able to empathize with consumers and maintain professionalism at all times. The role ensures call center, collections and training goals are met. The position is remote but requires being based in Sarasota, FL. Salary range: $60,000-90,000/yr.

Stack

Responsibilities

  • Analyze, evaluate and report on performance, service, KPIs and other metrics
  • Make recommendations for action plans
  • Perform continued training and education
  • Implement call center and collection operational strategies
  • Provide daily personnel management and oversight
  • Conduct regular 1:1s and annual performance reviews
  • Recommend changes to employee levels based on activity and performance
  • Enforce company policies and hold team members accountable

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years in high volume collections management
  • Experience managing a remote team environment
  • Experience scheduling call center operations and running call campaigns
  • Excellent call center and/or collections management skills
  • Results oriented with the energy and ability to deliver results daily
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Understanding of and respect for compliance
