As part of DEPT®'s EMEA Creative & Media team, the Programmatic Lead drives the direction of the programmatic team and grows it as a business. The role challenges and supports team members by fostering an environment where everyone can perform at their best, both in their professional growth and in client deliverables. Budapest, hybrid.
Responsibilities
- ▹Develop and deliver programmatic buying services to clients
- ▹Hold overall commercial responsibility for the team's growth
- ▹Set ambitious targets, devise a plan to achieve them and ensure client objectives are met efficiently
- ▹Actively lead and develop ways of working within Programmatic
- ▹Collaborate with other international offices to stay aligned with DEPT® counterparts and offer the best services
- ▹Constantly look for the latest opportunities that add value for the customer and be critical of the work delivered
- ▹Devise strategies and manage campaigns for great clients
- ▹Translate results into insights, advice and new plans, presented clearly at every level
Requirements
- ▹Extensive, relevant programmatic experience (DSPs e.g. DV360, Amazon DSP, The Trade Desk; GMP — Google Ads, Analytics, Campaign Manager)
- ▹Experience guiding and mentoring other people
- ▹Experience planning a team's capacity in the most efficient way
- ▹Ability to identify new opportunities to implement in daily business (tools, Martech, efficiency)
- ▹Experience with international markets and cultures
- ▹Experience with the EMEA publisher landscape
- ▹Experience creating strategic proposals and campaign plans for programmatic channels
