
Junior PPC Specialist
DEPT® is looking for a Junior Paid Media / Performance Marketing Specialist to join the team, managing campaigns across both search and social channels. You will help drive performance, analyse data and learn from hands-on experience with multiple platforms. It is ideal for someone passionate about digital advertising who is eager to kick-start their career in paid media.
Responsibilities
- ▹Manage and optimise paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads) OR paid social campaigns (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn).
- ▹Monitor campaign performance, analyse results and provide actionable insights.
- ▹Conduct A/B tests on ads, audiences and creative content.
- ▹Support budget allocation and ensure campaigns meet KPIs.
- ▹Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality results.
- ▹Continuously learn about new trends and best practices in paid media.
Requirements
- ▹Interest in digital marketing, especially PPC and social advertising.
- ▹1-2 years of experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads or similar platforms is a plus.
- ▹Strong analytical mindset and data-driven approach.
- ▹Eager to learn, adapt and grow in a fast-paced environment.
- ▹Excellent communication skills in English.
