Responsibilities

• ▹Assist in the implementation of ServiceNow solutions, including system configuration and custom feature development
• ▹Support technical consulting and testing activities
• ▹Follow implementation standards and technical best practices
• ▹Learn to provide expertise on technical questions related to the ServiceNow platform
• ▹Identify business requirements and contribute to the standardization of processes in design and deliverables

Requirements

• ▹Solid understanding of JavaScript
• ▹Basic knowledge of SQL, HTML, CSS, HTTP, REST, SOAP, JSON and XML
• ▹Interest in becoming a ServiceNow developer
• ▹Working proficiency in English and German
• ▹Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment

Nice to have

• ▹ServiceNow administration or development experience
• ▹System integration experience using web-based technologies (REST/SOAP, HTTP, CSS, XML)
• ▹Experience in web application development
• ▹Experience with other ITSM software
• ▹Strong communication and presentation skills
