German and English Speaking Security Manager (Business Continuity / Crisis Management)

Responsibilities

• ▹Pursue and review requirements regarding the structure and processes of Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Emergency and Crisis Management (ECM)
• ▹Represent BCM/ECM topics towards internal customers
• ▹Steer BCM structures in international subsidiaries, including internal audits
• ▹Develop and implement overarching BCM and Crisis Management test concepts
• ▹Develop and deliver awareness measures and trainings
• ▹Support measures for coping with incidents and crises

Requirements

• ▹University / high school degree in Security Management, Informatics, Engineering, Economics, Cyber Security, Project Management or a comparable qualification
• ▹High-level English and German language knowledge (C1)
• ▹Basic information security knowledge/experience
• ▹Experience in Business Continuity Management and/or Emergency and Crisis Management, ideally at larger enterprises
• ▹Experience in international projects
• ▹Teamwork, self-confidence and diplomatic skills

Nice to have

• ▹BCM/ECM certifications (CBCI, CISM, ISO 22301, 27001, ...)
• ▹Project Management certificates (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2)
• ▹Experience in agile methods (e.g. Kanban, Scrum)
