Requirements

• ▹Bachelor or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, natural science, mathematics, business, or equivalent IT experience
• ▹Strong expertise in modern data engineering tools: DeltaLake, SQL, Python, Tableau, QuickSight, Kafka, Apache Flink, Apache Doris, Superset, Schema Registry
• ▹Experience designing and building scalable ETL/ELT data pipelines from multiple systems into centralized data warehouses or data lakes
• ▹Hands-on experience integrating data from diverse sources (databases, APIs, streaming platforms, NoSQL systems) using MongoDB Atlas, Debezium and Kafka Connect for CDC and real-time streaming
• ▹Ability to automate and optimize data workflows, monitor pipeline health, and troubleshoot infrastructure or processing issues
• ▹Strong data modeling and architecture skills: schema design, data consistency, scalable storage solutions
• ▹Expertise in data quality management: validation, cleansing, harmonization, governance
• ▹Solid understanding of cloud and infrastructure engineering, especially AWS-based compute and storage
• ▹Practical experience with containerization and Infrastructure as Code: Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform
• ▹Knowledge of security, compliance and access management: RBAC, IAM, encryption, anonymization, GDPR and CCPA
• ▹Strong collaboration and operational skills working with analysts, data scientists and stakeholders
• ▹Excellent written and verbal English communication
• ▹Proficiency in Jira and Confluence
