Working Student in Technical Support (x/f/m)

Doctolib is looking for a working student in Technical Support for its Berlin location. The Technical Support team is the interface between the Doctolib platform and the German healthcare IT landscape, helping customers with technical challenges and ensuring smooth integration of Doctolib into their infrastructure. The role is 20 hours/week for at least one year at 15 EUR/hour.

Responsibilities

  • Solve technical problems related to Doctolib products, interface architecture and APIs.
  • Support new customers with guidance and error analysis of Doctolib solutions during product onboarding.
  • Support the team and team lead with administrative processes to keep daily operations running smoothly.
  • Actively contribute to internal process optimization projects and support documentation and preparation of learning content for the team.

Requirements

  • Enrolled full-time at a university in an Engineering / IT-focused program.
  • Enjoyment of administrative tasks, solution- and detail-oriented working, strong technical affinity and first experience with IT infrastructures.
  • Ability to explain technical matters understandably for both IT experts and non-technical people.
  • Interest in digitalization, especially in healthcare, and a communicative approach to working with customers.
  • Very good German (min. C1) and good English (min. B2).

Nice to have

  • Prior experience in technical customer support.
  • First experience in a SaaS company or in healthcare.

About the company

Doctolib's Technical Support team in Germany is the interface between the Doctolib platform and the German healthcare IT landscape, supporting customers with technical challenges and integration. During the role, students learn how a Customer Care organisation is built, work with Jira and Salesforce, and gain exposure to SQL, network traffic analysis and various system architectures. Berlin location, hybrid (1-2 office days/week).
