As FP&A Platform Specialist at N26 you support the FP&A team and Finance, People and Product stakeholders by building financial and operational models, designing actionable dashboards, and translating planning needs into tool configurations. The role centers on the day-to-day administration, maintenance and governance of the Pigment planning and reporting platform. You act as the first point of contact for tool-related queries and help roll out new modules across the business.

Responsibilities
- ▹Own day-to-day administration, maintenance and governance of the Pigment planning platform
- ▹Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot issues and coordinate with Pigment product, success and support teams on feature rollouts
- ▹Lead the build and maintenance of financial planning models including budgeting, forecasting and scenario analysis with the FP&A and Finance BP teams
- ▹Develop dashboards and reports that provide Finance stakeholders with actionable insights
- ▹Capture workforce planning and actuals reporting needs together with the People division
- ▹Act as first point of contact for tool-related queries from Finance and People users
- ▹Support the rollout of new modules and features and train end users, producing documentation and guides
- ▹Co-lead and manage data integrations between Pigment and core systems (Workday FIN, Workday HCM, Data Warehouse)
- ▹Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, including AI-driven configurations
- ▹Own internal security controls: user roles, permissions, change controls and model documentation for audit and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- ▹2+ years of hands-on experience with Pigment, Anaplan, Adaptive Insights or similar planning platforms
- ▹Experience leading day-to-day maintenance and development of reports, dashboards and models in planning platforms
- ▹Data analysis and database querying skills (SQL or similar tools)
- ▹Dashboard creation experience
- ▹Understanding of data structures for operational KPIs and financial reporting concepts for financial KPIs
- ▹Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
- ▹Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- ▹Project management skills
- ▹Fluent English
