N26 is looking for an Android Engineer for its Grow & Engage domain, focusing specifically on the Subscriptions experience: building and optimizing the Android features that drive N26's premium tiers and unlock value for millions of users. You work in autonomous, cross-functional teams that value collaboration and knowledge sharing, and you are encouraged to work with the latest technologies on complex, interesting problems.
Responsibilities
- ▹Build and release new features to increase premium subscriptions, proactively improve the Android tech stack and ensure high quality standards
- ▹Participate in the N26 Android community, facilitating cross-team collaboration
- ▹Work with Product, customers and stakeholders to understand their needs and build the right solutions
- ▹Mentor and support other team members and learn from them
- ▹Expand and develop your Android knowledge, skills and technology expertise
Requirements
- ▹Deep knowledge and understanding of the Android platform
- ▹Experience with a variety of Android frameworks
- ▹Deep knowledge of Kotlin and knowledge of Java
- ▹Experience driving technical projects from beginning to end
- ▹Familiarity with Agile development
- ▹Full professional proficiency in English
