Redis is looking for a Cybersecurity Trust & Assurance Analyst to help build a stronger, smarter control environment. Combining technical acumen with GRC experience, you will identify control gaps, assess risk, strengthen controls, and influence positive change across the organization. The role spans customer trust and assurance, controls assurance and compliance, and stakeholder communication and reporting, working closely with Legal, IT, and Engineering teams.

Responsibilities

  • ▹Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer trust by ensuring the highest data protection and privacy standards
  • ▹Communicate the organization's commitment to cybersecurity and data protection to customers with transparency around security practices
  • ▹Collaborate with customer-facing teams to address customer concerns related to cybersecurity and data protection
  • ▹Monitor and respond to customer feedback on cybersecurity, using insights to improve security practices and communication
  • ▹Conduct comprehensive risk assessments of third-party vendors and service providers
  • ▹Design, implement, and maintain a robust cyber controls framework to ensure compliance with standards, regulations, and internal policies
  • ▹Regularly review and test the effectiveness of controls and build on a continuous controls monitoring program
  • ▹Use automated tools and AI technologies to continuously monitor and assess the performance of security controls
  • ▹Collaborate across the organization to identify security and privacy risk mitigation needs and partner with Legal, IT, and Engineering to implement technical controls
  • ▹Provide regular updates and reports to senior management, the board of directors, and other stakeholders, communicating complex technical information to non-technical audiences

Requirements

  • ▹2-4 years of dedicated experience in cyber risk management, control assurance, and other governance-related domains
  • ▹Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, PCI, GDPR)
  • ▹Fluent in both engineering and governance, able to translate risk and control requirements into practical, scalable technical solutions
  • ▹Excellent leadership and communication skills, comfortable communicating in high-risk situations

Nice to have

  • ▹Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or similar
  • ▹Prior experience working in high-tech companies, specifically in cloud-native environments
