
Senior Customer Success Architect, France
The Customer Success Architect (CSA) is a strategic role focused on aligning GitLab's platform with customers' business objectives and driving long-term success. As a trusted advisor, you'll build consultative relationships with key customers, leveraging DevSecOps best practices and deep product knowledge to help them navigate complex challenges. You'll also act as a liaison between customers and the GitLab ecosystem, collaborating with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and Professional Services. This France-based role requires fluent French.
Responsibilities
- ▹Partner with customers to turn desired business outcomes established in the pre-sales command plan into actionable objectives.
- ▹Know the GitLab platform, best practices, and use cases to guide the customer and their future adoption.
- ▹Act as the GitLab liaison for questions, issues, or escalations, working with Support, Product Management, and other teams as needed.
- ▹Own a book of assigned customers, focusing on increasing adoption, ensuring retention and growth, and overall satisfaction.
- ▹Provide onboarding activities and build Customer Success Plans with critical goals and key performance indicators.
- ▹Program manage account escalations and provide insights on the availability and applicability of new GitLab features.
- ▹Support GitLab Services in identifying and recommending training opportunities.
Requirements
- ▹Understanding of Git and typical branching strategies.
- ▹Knowledge of the software development lifecycle and development pipeline.
- ▹Understanding of continuous integration, continuous deployment, and DevSecOps.
- ▹Prior experience in Customer Success or an equivalent history of increasing satisfaction, adoption, and retention.
- ▹Experience partnering with customers to define and achieve business outcomes.
- ▹Exceptional verbal, written, organizational, presentation, and communication skills.
- ▹Project management experience and skills.
- ▹Strong technical, analytic, and problem-solving skills.
- ▹Ability to travel if needed and comply with the company's travel policy.
- ▹Fluent French.
