HelloFresh is looking for a Lead Analyst for its ambitious, fast-growing London team. In this hands-on role you will help set the analytical direction for the team, build and maintain the Commercial BI infrastructure, and drive key analytical projects. You will improve data quality and tooling across teams and produce insightful, actionable Tableau dashboards, datasets and analyses that underpin key decisions and inform improvements to the core product (the meal kits sent to customers every week).
Responsibilities
- ▹Lead the scoping, building and management of the Commercial BI infrastructure, delivering highly insightful and actionable Tableau dashboards
- ▹Improve data quality and tooling across teams
- ▹Champion a strong data culture across the business, influencing how teams adopt and act on analytical insights
- ▹Ideate, scope and lead key strategic analytical projects focused on driving core product improvements
- ▹Deep-dive large datasets and pull out key insights that underpin core product improvements
- ▹Present and obtain approval on recommendations from Senior Management
- ▹Identify, develop and implement new approaches and processes, mapping and simplifying recurring processes
- ▹Collaborate closely with Culinary, Menu Planning, Analytics, Procurement, Operations and Marketing teams
- ▹Collaborate with international HelloFresh geographies to find and leverage synergies
Requirements
- ▹A natural leader able to inspire and influence teams without formal authority, driving alignment across stakeholders and functions
- ▹Experience using Tableau, with a strong working knowledge of data visualization
- ▹SQL experience essential
- ▹Very strong Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets skills
- ▹Excellent analytical skills, including the ability to summarize quantitative concepts into a digestible format
- ▹Professional experience in a high-performance and culture environment
- ▹Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet time-sensitive deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- ▹Ability to lead interactions with senior stakeholders
- ▹Strong project management competencies
- ▹Enjoys working cross-functionally across teams and departments
- ▹A genuine interest in using data to solve real business challenges
