In Technical Onboarding you accompany practices and hospitals as they introduce Doctolib's products and make sure they can work smoothly with Doctolib from day one. During onboarding you support complex IT cases and implement, alongside the practice software, further products such as the AI-based phone assistant and the appointment-management solution. You do not need to know everything from day one - you grow into new topics with your solid foundations and motivation. This is a permanent, full-time role in Berlin with hybrid work (two home-office days per week).

Responsibilities
- ▹Data migration with impact: ensure patient and appointment data move securely and cleanly from old practice systems into the software, bringing order to data chaos and making the switch as smooth as possible for practices
- ▹Your line to the practices: communicate proactively when things get technical, by phone or email, checking that everything is right before go-live and accompanying practices through the whole onboarding
- ▹In-house expert for everyone: Sales, Deployment and others rely on you for tricky cases - system configurations, API connections, complex onboarding cases
- ▹Connect everything: integrate the all-in-one software into existing practice-management systems and set up interfaces so everything works together seamlessly
- ▹Room for your own ideas: develop trainings, automate processes and tinker in the Innovation Lab to drive real improvements
Requirements
- ▹Strong command of Excel (or similar tools) and at least first exposure to SQL or regular expressions - you know how to shape data
- ▹Confident communication in German (any regional variant) and confident English communication
- ▹Solid tech basics: APIs, IT infrastructures, networks, VPNs are no new territory for you
- ▹Communication is your strength, on the phone or in online meetings with customers, even when things get technical
- ▹An eye for detail and curiosity for new topics, especially around health technology and digital processes
Nice to have
- ▹Coding experience in JavaScript and/or Python as well as with SQL databases
- ▹Knowledge of patient-management systems or EHR systems
- ▹Experience with SaaS tools or the meaningful integration of AI into your workflow
