As a Business Developer at Doctolib you will contact healthcare practitioners in your region on the ground and offer them Doctolib's solutions. Your role spans field prospecting, sales, product training and CRM-based reporting to help practitioners optimize their practice, gain visibility and free up medical time.
Stack
Responsibilities
- ▹Field prospecting: secure appointments with healthcare professionals directly at their workplace
- ▹Sales: listen to and understand practitioners' needs to convince them to adopt Doctolib's solutions
- ▹Product training: train healthcare professionals to use the solutions at their practice
- ▹Reporting: use the Salesforce CRM to plan field rounds and keep client administration up to date
Requirements
- ▹Prior experience in field prospecting, particularly door-to-door
- ▹Passion for sales and motivation by challenges
- ▹Autonomy and the ability to manage a complete sales cycle (A to Z)
- ▹Excellent oral and written communication
- ▹A degree from a business school, a sales-focused program or equivalent (IUT/BTS/business bachelor's)
