▹Own the execution bar across the auditor org: delivery discipline, technical compliance and throughput, holding it as the org scales
▹Drive cross-unit consistency so all creative units operate on shared standards, workflows and quality expectations
▹Own delivery timing and quality across the auditor org, and drive improvements to the genre structure and new teams as the org grows
▹Lead adoption of new tools and automations across the auditor org
