As a Customer Success Engineer at Algolia, the market leader in AI Search, you ensure customers successfully adopt, implement, and scale the search and discovery platform. You deliver technical onboarding, solution design, best-practice guidance, and hands-on implementation support across diverse customer architectures. The role suits a curious problem-solver who enjoys learning new technologies including cloud infrastructure and emerging AI.
Responsibilities
- ▹Act as a consultant for various customers, delivering ad-hoc services tailored to their needs
- ▹Scope, shape and present technical workshops to drive Algolia adoption
- ▹Advise customers on best technical and industry practices for search implementation and optimization
- ▹Work closely with the Customer Success Manager to ensure long-term customer health
- ▹Partner with Product and Engineering teams to build subject matter expertise as a product expert
- ▹Proactively identify and resolve technical risks and bottlenecks, and present case status reports
Requirements
- ▹Functional knowledge of at least one programming language (JavaScript, Java, PHP, C#, Objective-C, Swift, Ruby, Python)
- ▹Experience with REST API, database management, and web development technologies
- ▹Experience delivering technical workshops (training, knowledge transfer, implementation, code review)
- ▹Ability to explain complex technical concepts to a broad audience
- ▹Proficiency in communicating complex technical topics
