Senior Software Engineer, Frontend Platform
Aircall is looking for an engaged and passionate Senior Software Engineer to join its Workspace team with a focus on frontend architecture. You will be responsible for evolving Aircall's frontend architecture into a true platform. The company already has a monorepo with around 40 packages and multiple applications, and as it grows it needs to enable parallel contributions from distinct feature teams without bottlenecks or architectural conflicts. You will act as an enabler for the entire engineering organization, setting the standards for how frontend code is written, shared and deployed.
Responsibilities
- ▹Evolve Aircall's frontend architecture into a true platform
- ▹Design an architecture that enables seamless, safe and performant collaboration across feature teams
- ▹Enable parallel contributions from distinct feature teams without bottlenecks or architectural conflicts
- ▹Set the standards for how frontend code is written, shared and deployed
- ▹Act as an enabler for the entire engineering organization
Requirements
- ▹Senior-level software engineering experience with a focus on frontend architecture
- ▹Experience working with monorepos and multiple applications at scale
- ▹Ability to design architecture that supports parallel team contributions
- ▹Experience setting standards for writing, sharing and deploying frontend code
