As an IT Operations & Network Specialist at Qonto, you will create the best IT environment and experience for over 1,800 employees, with a strong focus on office network reliability for a new office. Reporting to the Senior Lead IT, you will combine a hands-on support role with ownership of network management, being accountable for the network's availability, performance, and security while supporting employees with day-to-day IT requests.
Responsibilities
- ▹Act as the first on-site contact in the main Paris office for network-related issues and own relationships with coworking providers across international offices
- ▹Drive the vendor for the new Paris office network deployment and setup (Wi-Fi, certificate lifecycle, RADIUS, firewall management, routing, switching, ISP management, segmentation)
- ▹Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve network incidents, run root-cause analysis, and drive continuous improvements in documentation, standards, and preventive maintenance
- ▹Coordinate collaboration between the Workplace, Security, and IT teams on network matters
- ▹Administer and automate IT applications, accounts, and access rights (OneLogin, Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, 1Password)
- ▹Support employees by solving requests (authentication, access permissions, internal tools) and managing user account lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding)
Requirements
- ▹Familiarity with security-related network topics such as certificate lifecycle, RADIUS/802.1X, firewall management, vulnerability management, and logging/monitoring
- ▹Solid experience in IT support, with a pragmatic, hands-on approach to helping others
- ▹Curious and proactive, enjoying learning, improving standards, and using AI to work smarter
- ▹Strong problem-solving skills and composure in challenging situations
- ▹Fluent spoken and written English
