Responsibilities

  • ▹Architect, own and continuously optimize JumpCloud as the core IAM and device management platform
  • ▹Build and maintain scalable SSO and access models across a large SaaS ecosystem
  • ▹Secure and manage endpoints at scale across macOS, Windows 11, iOS and Android
  • ▹Drive identity and endpoint security standards (encryption, conditional access, compliance, patching)
  • ▹Partner with Security, Compliance and Engineering to support audits and zero-trust initiatives

Requirements

  • ▹Deep hands-on experience with JumpCloud or modern IAM platforms (Entra ID / Active Directory, Okta)
  • ▹Strong practical experience operating MDM at scale across multiple operating systems
  • ▹Solid background in security engineering, cloud infrastructure or platform-focused IT
  • ▹Comfortable designing solutions in cloud-only, SaaS-heavy, highly automated environments
