Responsibilities

  • ▹Provide support to Internal IT-wide projects and workstreams, ensuring timely delivery
  • ▹Identify improvement opportunities and implement changes within scope
  • ▹Ensure accurate data and reporting for assigned workstreams
  • ▹Collaborate with Internal IT colleagues, other N26 teams, and vendors for successful outcomes
  • ▹Develop and maintain clear, up-to-date documentation for knowledge sharing and consistency
  • ▹Review and process purchase orders, project invoices, maintenance renewals, and subscriptions

Requirements

  • ▹Exceptional self-management skills and ability to prioritize workload independently to meet deadlines
  • ▹Proactive, organized, and service-oriented approach committed to exceeding SLAs
  • ▹Proficiency in ticket-based workflow systems, specifically JIRA ServiceDesk
  • ▹Accuracy in processing purchase orders, invoices, renewals, and subscriptions
  • ▹Strong digital literacy and user-centric mindset
  • ▹Previous experience supporting projects and workstreams
  • ▹Fluent written and spoken English

Nice to have

  • ▹Prior experience applying project management methodologies
