Senior Manager, Solutions Engineering - EMEA

Webflow, building the world's leading agentic web marketing platform, is looking for a Senior Manager, Solutions Engineering to lead a team of Solutions Engineers who partner closely with EMEA Account Executives to architect value-oriented solutions for customers. The role is based in London, UK (3 days a week in the office), full-time and permanent, reporting to the Senior Director, EMEA Sales. The leader will work with the team, EMEA Sales Leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to influence product direction as a champion for customers and partners, coaching against a defined competency framework and fostering an inclusive work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, develop and retain top Solutions Engineering talent while fostering a culture of inclusion, accountability and continuous growth in the EMEA region
  • Partner with EMEA GTM leadership to define and execute the regional Solutions Engineering strategy, ensuring organisational scale, operational excellence and customer impact
  • Define and clarify priority objectives for the team that ensure success of the EMEA region and the broader SE organisation
  • Coach Solutions Engineers on running effective discovery, developing customer-specific solutions, creating compelling demos and delivering quantified business cases
  • Support and guide direct reports by participating in and leading customer meetings
  • Collaborate with first-line sales leaders to ensure SE contributions optimise customer success and ARR opportunity
  • Work closely with cross-functional leaders in Product, Engineering and Marketing so the SE team influences product direction based on customer feedback

Requirements

  • BS/BA degree or relevant experience
  • 7+ years of Solutions Engineering experience at high-growth software companies, preferably with a deeply technical, multi-product solution
  • 3+ years of SE leadership experience at a high-growth company
  • Experience supporting Enterprise accounts
  • Demonstrated success using AI to improve team productivity, customer engagement and operational scale

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with modern web technologies, CMS platforms, composable architectures or digital experience platforms
